For service products, we cannot return the product once we have received the service! (Unless the error rate of our service is above 50%) For custom jewelry: Since it is custom made for you, we will replace it for free unless it is damaged during transportation. To exchange the goods, you can contact us at taiyuege@taiyuege.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a replacement shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Damage and Problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post your refund.
